Although our business name, Cargair Outfitters, conjures up air transportation, not totally wrong since it comes under the scope of an aircraft service, it is now a full-fledged outdoor business organization providing hunting and fishing activities.

This business concern was acquired from the Prud'homme family in 2006, with the knowledge that its good business principle was to be upfront in delivering their products: often giving more … but definitely never less. Our philosophy is similar, so to follow in their footsteps is very easy and that is what we're doing.

Therefore, our outfitting operation, designed primarily on organizing hunting and fishing trips, provides our clientele with solicitous service based on constant improvement of quality transportation, lodging and equipment.

Last but not least, Cargair Outfitters' most important asset is undeniably its caring and concerned staff who endeavour to make sure you have an unforgettable stay.

AIR TRANSPORTATION

Air transportation is provided by Air Mont Laurier, active in this field since 1976 and actually a partner.

Our seaplane fleet, our pride and joy, consists of 2 Otter, 4 Beaver and 2 Cessna 185 and 206 aircraft. This uncommon selection broadens flight-dispatching options.

Three departure points are available: a main base at Rivière-Rouge, a base at Parent for southward destinations and one at LG-4 in the James Bay region for the Far North destinations.
