Moose hunting on exclusive developed territories is easy and
fun. In fact, the 235 sq. km covered by our outfitting operation have been
divided into sub-territories criss-crossed by a network of continually groomed
trails that provide access to several small lakes and ponds that are suitable
for hunting. In some sectors of these territories, the land is rough and the
different tree species foster various habitats. Strategically built tree stands
give hunters the opportunity to hide and conceal their scent.
Successful moose hunting rests on patience and perseverance. To find oneself in
the midst of the wilderness requires finesse, mainly on our exclusive
territories where peace and quiet prevail throughout the summer.
The region of Parent is known to boast a high moose population. Several other
territories are available for hunters who prefer wilderness camping. Those
venturesome enough to try it have many stories to tell.

Cabins
Rustic-type cottages, two of log construction, are fully equipped
for cooking. Cooking range, lights, fridge and freezer run on
propane gas and the heating system uses oil. Amenities include
running water, but "unsuited" for drinking. A radio communication
system links East Bay to the Parent and Rivière-Rouge seaplane
bases. Plus, a satellite telephone is always in service at the main
camp.
